Warranty repair - Thoroughly pleased with our technician. Vitalii was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Fortunately turned out to be a relatively minor issue, (iced up freezer coils which had to be steamed cleaned,) but he gave me helpful tips to hopefully avoid the same thing happening again.

One element on our Samsung stove wasn't working but Maydone came promptly to fix it. Once they tested the repair, they found the replacement part was not satisfactory, and came back with a new one. I was very pleased they'd taken the extra step of testing the stove before finishing the job. Would definitely hire them again.

This latest visit was my dryer that developed a huge noise on a roller, I did not hesitate to reach out to the maydone team and ask for Max again.

Max replaced the roller and as he was reassembling the machine, there was an electrical connector bad contact and he was not able to restart the machine. He was honest, kind and deeply troubled by the turn of events. He promised to return. He returned 2 times. Maydone were kind, honest and persistent and never gave up.

Any other repair technician would have walked away with excuses that the 12 year old machine is too old for replacement parts, but Max and the team were amazing.

They even apologized for having to come out 3 times to get the dryer back to its normal working self. The team were deeply professional and honest all the way.

They are worth the $100 call out fee, and it forms part of the total fee once the work is completed. And let me tell you, they are committed to get to the bottom of the problem and resolve it as honestly and transparently as possible.

They have been a true blessing and I will never hesitate to use them again nor hesitate to recommend them to my friends

2 visits, 1 diagnosis and one repair, same person both times, extremely thoughtful, cared about the space, used towels, respectful, friendly, they let you now 30 min ahead of their arrival, highly recommend.

The company refunded my money back because the technician said the cooktop part not available anymore to fix it.

Came promptly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, the serviceman estimated the part would be roughly 5 days, it came the next day and he came right back and installed it.

Washing machine is fixed.
