They can come twice, one for inspection and one for repair. The service is good and well prepared.

Hired to diagnose and repair a leaky dishwasher. Very efficient, good response time, correctly diagnosed and ordered the replacement part. Installed it as soon as it was available. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable price. Highly recommend, would use them again.

Sent them a message in the evening after I realized the fridge was not cooling. Nobody called me the following morning, then I had to call them to send a technician which they did after a few hours. The technician figured out the problem and left with the initial service charge in cash. The following morning I was expecting a call but I called around 10:30am after nobody from Maydone called. The person who received the call told me that we have to pay the service charge, when I told them it was paid in cash to the technician, he told me that the system doesn't have any record. He told me that the technician will report what part was required.
When I wanted to talk to the manager, I was told that the manager will call back. I had to call 3 times to talk to the manager. The manager told me that it would take 3-5 days for the part to come and then they will send the tech to replace the faulty part. I must say the company has a lot of room for improvement and the cost was a bit too high for the repair.

Great job by the crew at Maydone. Very professional, great communication and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I spoke to someone from Maydone first thing the morning after I left my request for service, and Alex was at our house the following day. He was friendly and funny -- still working on his English, but handy w/the phone translation app -- and explained exactly what was happening with the fridge and how to fix it. It turned out to be a fairly simple maintenance issue once the fridge was opened up (no parts required), and the cost was very reasonable. - Chris in Parkdale

Max was thorough in diagnosing the problem with the stove. As this was an insured appliance, his assessment led to a quick resolution of the problem.

Igor from Maydone was very good. He showed up as promised and did a very tidy and efficient job of installing our dishwasher, which was a little tricky given our kitchen design. Maydone was great to work with, one call and they showed up the next day. Very good all around

Came same day to repair my dishwasher. Diagnosed quickly and had the part on hand. Repairman was polite and efficient.

Max and Alex quickly assessed the problem with my oven and went over and above to make sure it was repaired in time for me to cook dinner for 16 people.

The only reason I gave 9/10 stars, is because I was told they had the part and it was being tested, and that the service call for repair would be the next day. I rescheduled a meeting I had for the next day and it wasn't until late that morning I was told they don't have the part. There was some mix up and the part for had not yet been received.

Max and Alex drove to the supplier directly all the way in Hamilton to pick the part up, and then to Mississauga, knowing the repair had to happen when I was informed that it would.

What seemed like a simple fix of my 25 year-old kitchen range got more complicated, but Maydone came back three times to ensure it finally got resolved - at no extra cost to me beyond the initial quote. It has performed flawlessly since. They're very thorough and diligent. Would definitely recommend.
