Maydone Appliance Repair

Our (not even 5 year old) beverage fridge stopped working on us. We called Maydone and they came out to take a look. he assessed the problem and was able to come back once the part was in. They were thorough and very efficient and got the job done. We were very happy with the services they provided.

We had our fridge serviced on Tuesday. Tech was in and out within an hour.

Fighting with a KitchenAid oven door that perplexed me and the repairman. But he figured it out, with jokes and a little extra effort. Thanks for great service.

Our fridge was a mess, water was leaking from bottom freezer in just overnight Frost was all over the place.
It took a little bit of the time but as you can see on the photos No frost No leaking perfect job.

Very impressed with Maydone's professionalism, expertise and reliability. The repair person, Alexy, actually visited twice -- the second time to install a part that had been ordered. The online booking system was great. I would definitely call on them again. Work was all covered under our dishwasher warranty.

My fridge was making a loud noise for months and it was driving me crazy. I had a repair person from another company come and charge me $100 service appointment and suggest I defrost the fridge and freezer as the solution. That did not work. So after several more months of noise, I gave up and called Maydone Appliance, found on the Kitchen Aid website. Within a few mins the service man told me my motor needed replacement, and if I wanted my ice machine to work again, a new ice maker. The service appointment charge was one time only, and when he came to install the parts, there was no extra charge.
It is super irritating that all appliances seem to need new parts within 3-4 years, but that isnt Maydones fault. And they were fast and efficient, and I recommend them.

Found Maydone on Homestars and was very pleased with their services. Situation was a bit complicated as it was a rental unit and I had to ask them to coordinate arrival/service etc with my tenant. Very professional and knowledgeable (as per my tenant since I was not there), scheduling, payments were easy and evereything went as it should. I would definitely recommend Maydone
