The technician was punctual and very kind, he clearly explained what was happening with the air conditioning.
The administrative staff was also friendly.
The only negative point was that when I booked the appointment they gave me a lower price (130CAD) than what they charged in the end (169.50CAD).

We do apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience that it might cause however after reviewing a record of the conversation - the correct amount of $150 + tax was provided to you few time over the phone. As AC units is our standard rate $150 + tax ($169.50 tax included) for the SC and we do not have any rate of $130 ($115.04 + tax).
