I founded this company on the internet ( they called experts on Miele appliances )
The technician named Alex came on site and had no equipment what so ever to diagnosed what was the issue, he did not even move the dishwasher. After 5 minutes of pushing buttons and "reset" as he said dishwasher was "ok". ( $135.00) Service visit and he left.
We tried the dishwasher right away and dishwasher was signalling the same problem.! ( The issue was not resolve )We called him and the company back right away. Alex did not take the call, the company said we will be receiving a quote to fix the appliance the following day!
Quote was $616.81, based on what? They could not even explain how did they come to this figure with out a proper diagnose equipment.
This did not stop here. The manager Olga, called and left messages at least 3 times to pressure us to approve the quote and get it fix, she was very very "generous"to apply a $20 dollars discount as a new costumers.
We bought a new appliance instead, easier and cheaper.
We do not recommend this company.
We felt deceived and taken.

Thank you for such a great feedback after all our efforts.
Diagnosis modes are available on majority of the appliances that show us the issue with it and with experience of dealing with hundreds units daily we know what is happening with every specific unit.
Even after we explained you everything step by step why we came to this conclusion and even provide details on the cases if the part would not help or we would not use it - we would not charge you for something that would not solve the issue and only for what would solve it.
"Still feels deceived and taken" - believing that Service Call is paid for nothing and because you are not happy that price for repair could be unexpectedly that high. Cause Miele appliances are pretty much expensive and so the parts as well. We did our job.
We never pressure our customers in making decision of repair over purchasing new unit. We leave it up to customers.
And as professional company we do follow up on this decision. You just disappeared and did not answer to us.
Tried to call you myself as well - no response.
