I want to thank Miro for his outstanding service, attitude and professionalism. I contacted Miro over a month prior to deciding whether to buy a Samsung Frame TV as I wanted to ensure a proper aesthetic and install was possible in our home. Miro responded by sending photos of his previous install and provided excellent communication by email and telephone leading up to the installation. You can tell he is OCD when it comes to perfection. He shows up on time and when promised. We had concerns about installations during COVID 19 and he was happy to wear a mask. His brother came along to help and was just as professional and pleasant to have around. When it came to the installation, there were challenges that required troubleshooting the whole installation ended up taking 3 hours. He was patient and determined to do a great job without complaints and took his time, never rushing. When my wife needed extra time to decide on where to place the TV, Miro was never impatient and talked it through with us. His fees are more than reasonable and despite spending more time than anticipated he honoured his original quote.
You will not find a more honourable, professional, reliable person. He has my highest recommendation to anyone thinking about hiring him!
