I called Max the owner and we scheduled a site meeting, later that day I was sent a quote and agreed on beginning the project .
When the site began him and his team absolutely crushed the project in a breeze. I was surprised with such professionalism. 10 star rating if I can.

I have worked with Skrips Framing on numerous projects, the latest one was my 2 story bungalow addition. Im glad i use them because they are very reliable and i know i have a stress free running project when they are around. Very knowledgeable and professional with in the building industry.

BEWARE, Took deposit and disappeared. This company is exactly the company giving this industry a bad reputation. Aggressive and unreliable. I hired Max and his team on behalf of 2 of my clients to install a couple of steel beams. With good intention , we agreed on the price for each of the jobs.
During the first installation he contacted me demanding an additional $1000 to nail the joists hangers to the beam which is an essential part of the installation. I refused to pay more as this but to be fair , I suggested that he would finish anything without nailing the hangers. .
In return , he left all of the windows in the house open in time of a snow storm and left the property. 30 min later, he contacted me and demanded another $1800 to finish the 2nd project. I obviously refused as there was no justification for any additional fees. He then informed me that he keeps the deposit and will not come back .
If you are looking to work with an unprofessional bully, and willing to risk that your deposit will be gone , he is your man, otherwise , find someone else

I have worked with Max and his company on multiple projects, on each one his work was excellent and if need be he would go out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work. His company always leaves with the highest quality of work done and is very professional in carrying out the project. Max started working on this project days into the first lockdown in March 2020. He and his team worked tirelessly to fully reframe our semi-detached home, including joist repairs and leveling and new plywood throughout as well as structural framing for a new rear addition. Max completed the job and sailed through inspection in May. He and his crew are reliable and knowledgeable.

I messaged Skrips Framing at 10pm on a Sunday for urgent framing I needed done for my kitchen renovation and I had a response within 15 minutes with a quote and confirming he can get the job done the next day Monday. He arrived on time, worked diligently with care and had the job completed swiftly. I would highly recommend Skrips Framing.
