Heat Pump Installation and air sealing

Heatpump was not installed properly. In fact, it was taped on rather than fastened and tape soon peeled resulting in air escaping and heat loss. I had to pay to have it fastened properly after Smartcare refused to answer phone calls and messages for service requests. They are still not responding.
