Overall our experience with 6ixpro was very good. We went with them because they were recommended by a friend. Jaime was great to work with. He doesn't pressure you at all, but isn't afraid to add advice when needed. He knows his stuff. The installation process was excellent, we discussed everything with Jaime, left for long weekend and when we came back kitchen was there and it was perfect. We did hit some bumps in the road with handles (they installed wrong color at first), but Jaime was very responsive and got a guy to come and replace all handles within 2 days with no problems. To be honest that was not a big deal for us. The outcome is that we have a beautiful kitchen that will last us for years.

We knew there was an issue with the basement wall as we could see it bowing in. We had worked with another contractor on my in laws basement and they were always late and when they did show up, they would take all kinds of breaks and leave early. After a number of quotes from different places, we had Accurate fix our issues.

They showed up first thing in the morning when they said they would and worked tirelessly to get my wall and drain tile fixed. When the village inspector suggested a drain tile test the owner of Accurate was out in 15 minutes to asses the extra work and helped the team with the work. They had a professional air cleaner running the whole time they worked and put down drop cloths and plastic up to protect everything else. They gave me some tips on how to monitor my basement for any future issues, gave me his card, and didn't charge me anything for the consultation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

What started out as a major disaster in our basement with a frozen pipe turned into a beautiful basement remodel worth every penny! We love it! We decided to completely re-configure our basement after our burst pipe. We turned a dark and dingy basement into a warm family gathering place. Our project manager was Oliver and we sure hit the jackpot. Oliver was patient with us and communicated every step of the way. While there were some hiccups along with the way as there are in many projects, Oliver kept us informed and always made things right and the way we wanted them. Elizabeth was our design specialist and she helped us get it just like we always imagined it to be. Manuel was the one who really came in and worked on the details to get the job finished. He was very personable and great at his job.

The only reason that we didn't rate 6IX BASEMENTS 10 stars was the length of time that it took to get a finalized estimate and the length of time to get the project completed. As with all home improvement projects, we understand that things come up that prolong the process. But...what was supposed to be a 6 to 8 week project ended up taking almost 4 months. While we were getting nervous that the project wouldn't be finished in time for the holidays, Oliver really pulled through for us and helped to get it completed.

Just recently, I was reminded of the excellent service that Oliver provided for us. We had a warranty issue with a pipe and Oliver was at our house within 20 minute to see how he could help. Oliver got the plumber right over and we were fixed and ready to go within a couple of hours.

if we had other projects to complete in our home, we'd certainly give them another opportunity.

I am without a doubt a perfectionist, so hiring a general contractor to carry out the job is certainly a matter I treat with hesitancy, but 6ix basement reassured my wife and I that our vision for the remodel would be carried out seamlessly. They did an exceptional job and exceeded my expectations in every way. The team was beyond reliable, on time, and very friendly throughout the entire process.
