Tetris Moving

We were very impressed with Testris Movers. While they appeared young, they were extremely professional and experienced. We were quite nervous that all our belongings would not fit into a 26' truck, but they absolutely did, exactly as they promised. Their packing strategy is true to their company name - Tetris. Not a single space was left unused. We appreciated how they came to our home, prior to the move, to do an assessment of our belongings and they were honest about price and time expectations and job requirements. During the move they were so polite and friendly. They were sure to check what room I wanted my belongings on and if I needed extra help with assembly. I don't post many reviews online but in this case, this group of guys definitely deserved the perfect 5 stars.

Arrived on time and done move exactly as promised. Moved from large home with lots furnishings, no scratches or breakage. Very hard workers, fast and efficient. A very satisfied customer.

We used Tetris movers before for my daughter's move. They did a great job so we used them for our move. They were punctual, friendly, very capable and did a quick job. Ilya and Demitri were a great team. Would definitely recommend them.

Best moving experience I've had to date. My move involved furniture pick up at 4 locations throughout the GTA (house, condo and office) and drop-off at our new home. The team arrived on time, was thorough, clean and respectful. Final cost was as estimated and reasonable.

Ilias and his team kept in touch coming up to my moving day. It was only me moving my family and I needed everything to go as smoothly as possible. I was not disappointed, the amount of care, thought, and planning was refreshing.

Ilias being a partner of the company was on site overseeing the work ensured that my furniture was properly protected, loaded, and unloaded.

Furniture that had to be taken apart was done so with care, and then put back together again at the new house. They kept a note which room the furniture came from and placed them in the designated rooms at the new home.

Everything was cleaned and any moving materials used were taken away when they completed the move.

I would recommend and use them again.

Ilia and his team (4 total) were excellent from start to finish. I had a unique problem where I need my pinball machine in my garage that needed to be moved into my basement. Ilia was able to accommodate an immediate appointment just two days later and based on my preference in time. Once the team arrived they were very polite and friendly.

They were able to get the pinball machine that was 287 pounds(!!!) up one set of stairs and then down two more sets of stairs of HARDWOOD floor without a single scratch on the floor/walls (thank you for protecting our floor with your red padded carpet).

They were understanding that I would need help setting up the machine (due to the weight). They also moved a wood hutch to the basement at no extra charge.

I was very worried about my expensive and rare pinball machine, but I had nothing to worry about. Tetris Moving was the most positive moving experience, due to caring for the item as if it was their own and expertise.

We did a thorough search for a moving company and called Tetris to move our house from Bowmanville to North York, because they were reasonably priced and had good reviews. On the actual moving day there was nothing we needed to worry about: team arrived at a promised time, padded every piece and brought everything to the exact spot in our new home. They also took extra care of our floors with their carpets. Also, they helped us to get rid of old furniture by taking it with them at the end of the day. Ilia, Dmitry and Pavel made our moving day a breeze and we will recommend them to anyone!

If I could give more than 5 stars to Tetris Moving, I absolutely would without hesitation. They are a fantastic company and a very rare find. They're extremely affordable, honest, hardworking and perhaps most important of all, reliable. We had a difficult move, with dates that shifted and a Condo Board that was, let's just say, less than accommodating but Iliya and Demitri were complete professionals. They showed up on time, each day, with excellent positive attitudes. They were patient and flexible with our circumstances and never overcharged nor wasted time. Their hourly rates are extremely affordable, and they even rearranged their own personal schedules to help us when necessary. Can't recommend them enough. Give them a try, you will NOT be disappointed!
