Great job, good Quality and very professional during COVID. Shane walked me through the process and ensured our ducts are good for another 5+ yrs. I was able to see the difference with before and after photos once job was completed. Would recommend him to anyone.

Shane was amazing! He is such a courteous person and takes pride in his work. He came in and cleaned our entire ventilation system. He was extremely thorough and made sure to give us all the details and instruct how to maintain our ventilation system. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their air ducts clean.

Shane is great. Our ducts were very clogged with pet fur and construction debris, after Shane was finished the ducts were shiny and new looking. The last company I had in a couple of years ago actually left the construction debris so I can only tell you how pleased we were to have someone so thorough as Shane do the work.

My experience with Shane was awesome. We had just moved into our new place and assumed that our ducts would be in horrendous shape since we did not know when they were last cleaned. Shane came out, and was very honest and told us that he noticed a sticker which said our ducts were cleaned last year. Regardless, he checked the cleanliness of our ducts and determined they really did not need to be cleaned. While on our property, he noticed our furnace was leaking and worked diligently to try to help me fix the issue even though that was not his job. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone I know.

Shane from Got Dust was very professional and clear over the phone, providing a quote and an appointment time that worked for us. On the day of the appointment, he was punctual and took the care to maintain a clean workspace, laying down a mat to protect our carpet from the large vacuum hose. As well, he was knowledgeable and courteous, taking the time to explain his approach and answer my questions. The work was completed in three hours, and my wife and I are very happy with our clean ducts. We can notice a difference!

10 plus!! I would highly recommend Shane for your duct cleaning needs. I was browsing groupon for deals but then realized you have to pay extra for each vent but more importantly, I also wanted a reliable person showing up at my house. Shane's price is per sq.ft which I think is great. So you have no surprises. I also recommend getting your dryer duct and cleaned. Shane was very prompt in answering my request and all my questions and this was my first time to get my ducts cleaned. He took his time to explain what he was doing and how long he would be setting up and cleaning the duct work. He also pointed out some errors from past construction and fix it for me. The ducts has a lot of build up from construction work and I can tell that my house feels fresher AND warmer and the furnace is working so much better as well. He was such a professional and a pleasure to work with. He was also aware that we had a pet in the house and informed us of the noise and how other pets before deal with the noise and what options we could take for our pet. All in all, 100% satisfied and would highly recommend.
