10 plus!! I would highly recommend Shane for your duct cleaning needs. I was browsing groupon for deals but then realized you have to pay extra for each vent but more importantly, I also wanted a reliable person showing up at my house. Shane's price is per sq.ft which I think is great. So you have no surprises. I also recommend getting your dryer duct and cleaned. Shane was very prompt in answering my request and all my questions and this was my first time to get my ducts cleaned. He took his time to explain what he was doing and how long he would be setting up and cleaning the duct work. He also pointed out some errors from past construction and fix it for me. The ducts has a lot of build up from construction work and I can tell that my house feels fresher AND warmer and the furnace is working so much better as well. He was such a professional and a pleasure to work with. He was also aware that we had a pet in the house and informed us of the noise and how other pets before deal with the noise and what options we could take for our pet. All in all, 100% satisfied and would highly recommend.
