My experience with Shane was awesome. We had just moved into our new place and assumed that our ducts would be in horrendous shape since we did not know when they were last cleaned. Shane came out, and was very honest and told us that he noticed a sticker which said our ducts were cleaned last year. Regardless, he checked the cleanliness of our ducts and determined they really did not need to be cleaned. While on our property, he noticed our furnace was leaking and worked diligently to try to help me fix the issue even though that was not his job. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone I know.
