Outside fireplace, firebrick were not cemented properly, all bricks were loose. Would not come to repair work done, wished us good luck!
No warranty for work done. Fireplace used about 7 times. Work was done in 2018 in Muskoka. Website states “have confidence in your contractor. Hire a professional” we thought we had done 5his not so. Make sure to ask for references and check warranty when using this company.

I'm sorry you feel that way and even more sorry for this negative review!! This is the first negative review I have received! What I told you over the phone was that I was committed to coming to do the repair at a time that worked for me. Muskoka is a long way away and to drop everything with other clients and my family is difficult. This job was also done in 2018 and there was no warranty. That being said I am sorry there was some minor damage to the firebox. I would of come to repair it . But at a time that worked for my schedule . I'm sorry this relationship could not be repaired.
