I planned a total renovation down to the studs for my 100 year old home. Mohammed came and did all the plans for both floors. This included a LVL beam to be installed to get rid of a load bearing wall.
Then my plan to remove the wall changed and Mohammad made the adjustments on the plans without hesitation. He was very accommodating with the changes and listened to what I required.
I told him my future plans for my basement, and he did the below grade enterance in the itial drawings.
He had stamped his drawings and completed them in a short period.
I am glad to have called Mohammad from SauzTeq Engineering. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will be contacting him again when I do my basement
