The Nordik representative was very knowledgable and professional. Levi, was honest and readily available to answer questions and walk us through the process! To our delight, the installation of our windows happened much sooner than projected!
The windows were installed by two gentle with exceptional skills and work ethic! We asked them to start with the upstair windows. They were happy to follow our request. Their work area was kept very clean. They used a drop cloth to protect my floors and kept their tools neat in a bucket that was wrapped to further protect my floors! I was very impressed with how they sealed my windows inside and out! They worked diligently in 31 and 32 degree weather.
My door is scheduled to be installed next week. I will be requesting the outstanding workmanship of Rick and Jack!
