we needed new windows, we went with Nordik, because they presented a superior product and a good price. They gave us a an install date, and stuck to it. The guys that came were polite, quiet as they can be. Had two issues, one broken crank handle which Nordik had fixed in a month. And a screen issue which was fixed within weeks of calling about it.
The time delays are partially on us, as we had to work around work & vacation schedules.
Overall, really impressed. Great job Nordik!!
