We have now purchased 2 exterior doors from Nordik and are so happy with the Nordiks customer service and quality of product.
My only complaint has nothing to do with anything that Nordik has much control over these days would be timing. From ordering our doors to time of installation was approximately 6 months which had everything to do with distribution issues of raw materials (pandemic related)
We have worked with other companies over the years replacing windows & doors in our previous home. They were middle men for larger companies. Nordik is direct, no middle men; their warranties are through them and last for the lifetime of the product.
Nordik is now our windows & door company. We highly recommend them.
