We were Very satisfied with the yellow-truck installation crew who worked carefully & rapidly, and removed old windows and all work-related materials. A couple of odd piece shortage such as one window-opening handle and a few pieces of siding, were reported by the installation team leader to the customer, and were followed-up and installed as promised, without customer involvement. The new windows provide clearly reduced outside-sound, and because of the early January 2023 mild weather it is too early to assess or comment on home-Insulation-impact. Assistance by Nordik Windows and Doors with the process of application for Government Grant was much appreciated, for both the documented guidance and facilitation of approved-inspection-benchmarking before installation.
