I'm so pleased with my new Nordik windows. (two large casement windows). After getting multiple quotes from different companies, I decided to go with Nordik for several reasons. The Revocell technology makes their profiles much thinner than typical vinyl windows. You can only typically find this in wood windows for which you pay much more in both $ and upkeep. Nordik windows are stylish and offer really excellent efficiency, for much lower cost than premium wood windows.
I was also really impressed with Chris who came to give me a quote. He was informative, patient, without being pushy. Incidentally, out of probably 5 companies, Chris is the only one that left me a catalogue. It's a little thing, but it goes a long way!
I was very nervous about the installation because I'd read some bad reviews from the past. I really believe that Nordik has improved in this area and taken measures to get excellent installers. I can't say enough good things about Milos who came to do the installation. He was AMAZING! Not only did he do an excellent job, he came up with a very clever way of saving some of my moldings when they had to remove some posts for the new window. They cleaned up and made sure everything was perfect.
So in general, I think this is a great company all around and won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Compared to the cheap vinyl windows out there, I think these are an amazing deal.
