We had three separate contracts to replace six windows. The first and third were done very well; the second less so. The installers for the second set of windows arrived later in the day than they had promised and they apparently ran out of time. As a result the windows were not properly caulked and the screens have a gap. I have been in touch with the company several times and they have promised to send someone to look at the work that was done, but I have heard nothing. The windows were installed on 14 February, so it is now more than a month in which things have simply dragged on.
