Fuad replied quickly, arrived on time, and assessed our problem in first visit. He also provided great guidance on whether the repair was worth it or not. Given our limitations, when we chose to move ahead with the repair, he laid out expectations clearly and was able to complete the work in the time he had estimated. I will not hesitate to call again or recommend him to a friend.
