Our fridge was leaking. Called Fuad at Appliance Aid and he saw us the same day. He came in with a mask, gloves and shoe slips (for COVID-19). Within 10 min, he diagnosed the problem and said we needed to replace a sensor and had to order the part. He came back by the next morning and was quick to do the repair. He left without getting paid and trusted us to pay him later that evening. He also mentioned he tries to help those in need during the COVID-19 crisis, asking us if we still had our jobs. Wow. We recommended him to our friend who also needed a repair without hesitation.
