For the past few years we have had issues with rats. We had tried several pest control companies, and the majority would do the same thing - set some traps and drop some poison - without actually solving the root of the problem. We were lucky to find ProPest, as Peter conducted a thorough investigation to find the real source of the problem. Over the course of several months, He investigated in walls and fixed holes in our brick foundation. I cannot provide enough praise for the excellent work that Peter has done, as we are so thankful to finally be rat free. His response time for service calls has been excellent, his rates are more than reasonable and the quality of work has been well beyond anything we have experience with other pest control companies.

After inspecting the property for points of rat entry, Peter excavated the area where they were tunneling, put down wire mesh and concreted the top. He will continue to follow up with us regarding their movements and dispose of any rats caught in his traps. He was professional, efficient and personable.

Peter at Pest Secure is highly knowledgeable, informative and calm! I have an ongoing issue with rats under my deck due to neighbour putting out feed for squirrels, such as stale bread, and birdseed. I've had smaller rodent and pest problems in the past that was taken care of by Peter. But then when I got a new house there was a huge issue with RAT problems and Peter was very very knowledgeable in how to deal with the issue at hand. He had a plan setup for me and how you should NOT just start poisoning everything when you first see signs of rodents because you would have very bad consequences around the house with dead rat inside your walls somewhere. Peter was able to find the problem and solve that first because the house was actually letting the Rats in first so killing anything indoors would be pointless because more would just come in right after. It was a well planned setup on how he was able to eradicate all the rats for me and KEEP THEM OUT after they are killed off! I've used Pest Secure for years (like 8+ years!) and I plan on keeping him on my speed dial for years to come. He is very good with the pricing and alot of other companies would want a payment just for showing up, Peter isn't like that, first thing he would look at the situation and help you solve the problem before anything else.
