Legacy has renovated our bathroom upstairs and has done the exterior of our home. Erin also finished our basement and added a basement suite (bathroom, kitchen, flooring etc). He is very knowledgeable and talented with his hands! Everything went smoothly each time. All the workers were on time and the team finished by the deadline. Everything is holding up nicely to date. The finished look of all the renovations are so beautiful and modern! 100% recommend them!
One other thing that's important to mention is that we were SO impressed by how above and beyond he went to make us feel special. We had really let our back yard go to the wayside in the summer because we have two businesses and we are too busy. We were really shocked when we came home and the lawn was mowed and the weeds were pulled out of the garden. Since that is not a service he offers, nor did we ask for help for it, my husband and I had to blink a few times because we couldn't even believe what we were seeing! I was in tears because it was such a sweet gesture. That was truly the icing on the cake.
