Hired Erin at Legacy for a full kitchen and bath Reno. The workers never showed up and when they did left terrible messes. Used my stuff. I was lucky if they came one day a week for 2 hours. Constant excuses why they were stalled. Got tired of the excuses Erin likes to blame the homeowner. We did the drywall as the job was at a stand still. And then blamed us. We wanted it insulated properly and he didn’t. He abandoned the job. Took the complete payment through his financial company and bailed. The cabinets were so poorly put together that a rep for the cabinet company came out and had to fix cabinets installed upside down. And not level he forgot to order all the pieces. No permits pulled.

Great Service!!! Erin gave me a next day quote; after discussing some options I gave him the go-ahead. It was done by weeks end! The crew was professional and pleasant. would definately recommend to anyone needing their services!!!

We met Erin at the Edmonton Renovation Show and we knew that he was the right contractor. He is knows his stuff and is fair and honest. We had four other quotes from the show but he was the first to respond with a quote. He follows up but is never pushy. Quality of work is easily a 10 out of 10. Completed in one day, no mess and a crew committed to working safely and efficiently in a Covid environment. We highly recommend Erin and will be using him again.

I was extremely impressed by both the customer service and the quality of work from Legacy! Erin was incredibly helpful, always returned my calls or text messages and even answered a call while on vacation! In Hawaii! and on a golf course! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Erin at Legacy exteriors was a huge part in helping us sell our home. He was able to fix our flooring in our basement that our dogs had ruined, fix some seals on the outside of our home and patch up some of the walls. Legacy has renovated our bathroom upstairs and has done the exterior of our home. Erin also finished our basement and added a basement suite (bathroom, kitchen, flooring etc). He is very knowledgeable and talented with his hands! Everything went smoothly each time. All the workers were on time and the team finished by the deadline. Everything is holding up nicely to date. The finished look of all the renovations are so beautiful and modern! 100% recommend them!

One other thing that's important to mention is that we were SO impressed by how above and beyond he went to make us feel special. We had really let our back yard go to the wayside in the summer because we have two businesses and we are too busy. We were really shocked when we came home and the lawn was mowed and the weeds were pulled out of the garden. Since that is not a service he offers, nor did we ask for help for it, my husband and I had to blink a few times because we couldn't even believe what we were seeing! I was in tears because it was such a sweet gesture. That was truly the icing on the cake.

Our neighbour was having his roof shingled in Spring 2019, so we asked Erin for a quote, he came over within 3 days and gave my husband and I a very detailed quote and answered all of my many questions. We weren't able to go ahead with the roofing until the middle of Autumn 2019, Erin didn't harass us or bother us, just checked in twice to see if we were still interested. The day of install his crew arrived and finished the shingles that day and the eavestrough the next day. His crew were polite and friendly and very professional. We would highly recommend Erin and Legacy Exteriors and Roofing Ltd. Our neighbour is now getting a quote to have them do his siding.

I needed a last-minute small roofing job done on my home and Legacy Exteriors and Roofing came through for me! They were able to send someone out the next day and they went above and beyond to make sure someone else's work was done correctly. We were very happy with their service!

The guys at legacy were great to deal with, Erin had a quote for me in no time at all and even made the 200km drive himself to come look at my roof to give me a accurate quote. His crew showed up and went right to work completely finishing in one day, the finished product looks great! We will definitely recommend these guys to friends and family.
