We contacted Owen asking if he could come and inspect our duct work and furnace to diagnose the root cause.
After spending a few hours thoroughly inspecting both our ductwork and furnace, it was determined that our furnace was running too hot. Owen gave us alternative options to replacing the furnace and was very knowledgeable and honest, which is rare these days.
We asked Owen to replace the furnace and a section of our duct work. Owen continued researching our issue between our agreement and the scheduled date to replace the furnace and ducts. He contacted us and suggested we use ductseal instead of replacing the section of duct work, which saved us about 500$ and could have been more money in Owen’s pocket. Again, the honesty and trustworthy advice was very appreciated and made us feel very comfortable with Owen replacing our furnace.
Owen’s work was thorough, he cleaned the site as if he was never there and promptly followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied.
Owen will now be our dedicated HVAC contractor.
