Lea Appliance Repair called to book the appointment minutes after I left a message on their site, arrived exactly when they said they would, and repaired the dishwasher quickly. I can't recommend them enough for their excellent work.

I called the Hamilton location to have my dryer repaired. I thought it might be the belt since the dryer still got hot. I was asked to pay for the belt with a credit card over the phone, $86.26, which I thought was odd. The repair man showed up without the belt. He told me that I needed a new motor. To make a long story short, after their repair man was rude to me on the phone I told them not to come install the new motor. I just had a different company install the belt needed - cost was $30.00.

Shia from Lea appliance came to my house and was very polite, patient and wanted to hear what problems we have been havening with the fridge. We had another company come and sold us a piece we probably never needed and told us our fridge would be ok in 24 hours and things got worse and than when we called back they told us we had to wait 4 days. I highly recommend Lea appliance they came to our house in a snowstorm and fixed the problem in a hour. Thank you

Misleading about $80 visit if no work done. He did however check the refrigerator and figured out the problem.
HOWEVER!! $220 for 1.5 hours is way too much!
Based on that alone, I will not recommend you to anyone. Good thing I didn't have to order a part!!
The technician mention some food getting in the part, when it is virtually impossible to access!!
Good thing I felt the substance for myself. It was greasy! Sour cream is not greasy nor does it leave a greasy film on your fingers!!!

After receiving a call from Lea Repair to discuss my review for Feb 14/2019 repair to my refrigerator, we both have come to a satisfactory resolution regarding my issue. I thank Lea Repair for the callback and resolution, being that I didn't expect that anything would be done about it. Therefore, my recommendation to have this company used for future repairs has been upgraded.

My washing machine stopped draining. I call these guys and they sent a technician within a day. He came and fixed my problem in less then an hour!
The technician was polite and professional.
