Malek came to my home to perform annual maintenance on the American Standard Furnace which I had purchased from Empower. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. He took a great deal of time ensuring that the furnace was working correctly and to my satisfaction.
My experience with the technicians who are employed by Empower to maintain HVAC systems has been consistently excellent, literally miles beyond my past experience with Enercare. I highly recommend this companys maintenance plan. Its expensive but the work is good.
