Outstanding Service New Heat Pump, Furnace, Full System

Himanshu was incredibly kind and patient and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and in a way that made it easy to understand.
Empower offered competitive pricing and the full package, arranging for the Eco Home Audit as well as the installation of the heat pump,
furnace, air filter, humidifier, attic insulation and more. Farzad and his partner were diligent through the installation process, as there was a lot of work to do upgrading a 21 year old mid efficiency system to a high efficiency heat pump. The area was left clean and neat and they patiently went through all of the upgrades. This is a recent installation but so far I am quite impressed with how quickly everything is coming together. Cost reflects rebates, however it might even be lower when everything comes through. Himanshu started off the process with quality and care that has been exemplified by all staff so far.
