Initially had a suspicion that there was still work needed to clean the ducts properly. They were quick to respond and demonstrated that there was really very little dirt left inside.

I am pleased that they take customer satisfaction seriously

really superficial job

North Vancouver

Communicated well, but really worked in a hurry. Whole duct cleaning job took one person about an hour. I doubt whether this blowing air from the vent and sucking from the furnace vicinity really cleans much crud in short never mind long runners. In any case just blowing air from close to an outlet for 10 seconds achieves very little.
Personnel were very quick to respond to complaint which is positive. Will soon be bringing scope to view inside runners for effectiveness viewing. If these prove acceptably clean, will certainly withdraw complaint forthwith.
