Clean Air Canada Duct And Chimney

We have Clean Air Canada come in every fall to clean our fireplace/chimney and this year we had them also do a deep clean of our furnace and air ducts as well as ventilation system sanitizing after extensive renovations in our kitchen this summer. Gurlal arrived to the house on time, was really friendly, walked me through the service and was quick and efficient. Very happy with Clean Air Canada as always and Gurlal was fantastic.

We had not had our ducts cleaned since we bought the house in 2006. During that time we had refinished our hardwood floors. There was so much dust, cat and dog hair and other debris that it was hard to breathe. This was causing allergic reactions in our family. The ducts were cleaned and sanitized and we were able to breathe better. We also had the built in vacuum system cleaned and sanitized as well. We are very satisfied with the service.

Initially had a suspicion that there was still work needed to clean the ducts properly. They were quick to respond and demonstrated that there was really very little dirt left inside.

The service offered to clean my chimney was just too expensive. I refuse to pay that much to clean a residential chimney.

We have used Clean Air twice, once to sweep our chimney and then to clean our air ducts. Both times the technician did a thorough and efficient job, arrived at the time scheduled and was helpful and informative as he did each step. Our air ducts in particular were way over due for a cleaning and he did an excellent job doing all the ducts while keeping everything clean as the old dust build up was removed.

We recently booked Clean Air for duct cleaning services after buying an older home and doing a complete remodel. Our technician AJ was pleasant and polite. He was thorough and very professional. We recently had a new thermostat and AC system put in and AJ spent the time to show me how to use the system even though it was not part of the service I was paying for. He was very kind and informative.

I got a couple of quotes from different duct cleaning companies and pricing for all of them were quite similar. However, Clean Air really did have exceptional customer service and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Had my LG dryer ducting/vent (on the 2nd floor of house) cleaned out. It was a bit of a tricky clean and took some patience and problem solving, but the technician and Arvin had great customer service and ensured I was satisfied with the job before leaving. Recommended!

This company came and methodically inspected and cleaned the chimneys for both my fireplaces. They were relatively quick and quiet. Great to deal with.
