Very professional experienced reliable and honest team...... highly recommended for anything to do with your furnace. They were very thorough in explaining in full details the cause of the disruption in the unit, and made sure to check that Everything else was in working order.

Our AC stopped working on the first truly hot day of summer and our house was unbearably hot. We called Local Heating And Cooling and Sina said he would come in the same day no matter what time, so we wouldn't have to sleep without AC. Well, Sima did come in the same day, we were amazed how committed he was to helping us right away.

He found out what the problem was, fixed it, including providing the replacement part, and cleaned up in one hour. He then went over advice on how to make our A/C work better in the Summer.

Their installation team who has taken their time and effort to listen and accommodate my request of installing the new AC unit to the new location which allows us to sleep in our master bedroom without any noise of ac unit running at night time.Overall, I am absolutely satisfy with everything from beginning until the end specially the craftsmanship.

I spent a lot of time searching for a good, honest and reliable HVAC contractor. it wasn't easy. After meeting a good dozen contractors I decided to go with local heating cooling. It was mainly because Sina was very responsive from my first call and made me feel very comfortable. He wasn't in it for the money but he was honest about providing me with the best options that could meet our need. Very punctual and in fact showed up 15 min earlier and waited in the car for the visit time, friendly and very knowledgable. He provide a detailed quote with a proper breakdown. Once I made my decision and wanted to go ahead with them he booked me in for an installation very fast. On the day of the installation him and his partner were really professional and meticulous with the installation taking the time to do all the necessary modifications to the existing duct work in order to install the furnace and air conditioner properly. I definitely recommend local heating cooling. My word of advise don't get hung up on the price. The most important part is the installation and service. You can get the most expensive system and if it is not installed properly it will not perform to your expectations.

Hired Sina to run a new gas line to my new Weber NG BBQ. He was very professional, unlike the majority of other people in this business.
