Sam is a real pro. Came in, provided quote, told me when he could start, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Due to his professionalism, I hired him to paint my condo. He recommended a paint and picked it up on the way to the site. The job was completed perfectly. He was careful throughout to ensure no paint is splatter on anything other than the walls. Hired Sina to run a new gas line to my new Weber NG BBQ. He was very professional, unlike the majority of other people in this business. His communication was great, very knowledgeable and honest with his cost. It was a clean install, he was mindful to run the line unobtrusively, and made it barely noticeable. Sina is the perfect example of a true professional and an example for others to aspire to. I'm glad we used him and will call on him again for any future needs.

We hired Anthony to paint our 1+1 bedroom condo downtown to prep for sale. He did a great job over two days to get it done. After he left, I noticed some bubbling on a part of the wall. I wasn't rushed to fix it right away, although he offered to come back the next day to repair it. I ended up call him a couple of months later once my tenant moved out and he came back twice to make sure the wall was corrected. Anthony is a man of his word and in this day in age, not many trades people are. When a job is done, and they are paid, good luck getting them back for something. I would recommend Anthony, I already have actually, to my parents, and I'll likely use him again in the future for other properties.
