Sina picked up my early morning service call for the heating issue and showed up in a couple of hours, fully diagnosed the furnace and did the repair, plus gave me some honest advice and patiently answered my questions after the service. Very professional and highly recommended.

Old air conditioner broke down and they came and installed new one. The work was prompt and very clean. I am super happy with the new install and everything works perfectly. Sina was very professional and friendly. I totally recommend them! Don't bother going anywhere else, just call them and they'll give you a good price as well.

The service that I received from this gentleman was top notch. He was very friendly, efficient, courteous, respectful and most importantly knowledgeable about his work. He cleaned up after he was finished and left no trace he was even here. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his service.

I am so grateful to have a furnace expert I can call now. I read many reviews of companies in the area and chose Local heating and cooling. It took him no time at all to know exactly what the problem was and fixed it just as quick. He knows his stuff and explains it thouroughly. I half expected to hear that my old furnace would need to be replaced or at least some expensive parts, but it just needed some simple maintenance. I will recommend Local whole heartedly and I will never let anyone else near my furnace.

Our furnace broke in the middle of the cold weather. Sina came to our home very short time after we called him. He did not charge us for the trip (like one of the companies did to us, even if they were not able to fix the furnace). Sina assessed the situation, to see first if the furnace can be fixed (again, no charge); however, being too old and rusty, the furnace needed to be replaced. Sina gave us different options, so we can make an informed decision; he installed the furnace we chose and also installed a much needed humidifier (at our request), replaced the air return ducts that were to narrow and also replaced (no cost) our exost pipe from our dryer!! We are so very happy with Sinas work; he is very knowledgeable, profesional, kind, and trust-wordy! Therefore, in the summer, we intend of call him to replace our A/C unit as well. Yes, we all-heartedly would recommand Sina to all our friends!

What an amazing human this tech was. We had an issue with condensation, he came in 20min after I left a voicemail, reviewed everything, gave us a good advice, fixed a couple of small things all that for a VERY reasonable price. Needles to say, we found our HVAC person. Nice person, excellent customer service, honest, friendly just all around amazing. 10/10 would recommend 100%.

My furnace stopped working on Saturday morning, Sina visited 15 min after my call, gave a quick review of system fixed it temporarily and came back next day and replaced it with reasonable price, thanks for quick service during these cold days.
