DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They aren't very honest and will not answer my questions about parts costs. Art came to my house to repair a leaky 2 year old washer that cost $800 new. He said I would need a drain assembly and told me the parts alone were $205 but he never gave me any parts list or part number, even though I asked him several times. The total cost of the repair was $457. Ouch. He made me wait five days to finish the job (because his car "broke down" and wouldn't return my calls for a couple of days (his car breaking down meant his phone also broke). In short, he grossly overcharged me for the parts which he never listed. General Electric told me the drain assembly cost $40 and the drain pump (which wasn't replaced) cost another $70 so where were my $205 worth of parts. I have yet to receive an answer from Art.
On another occasion about two years ago, I asked him to service a washing machine which was rumbling loudly and violently. He told me the machine was dead and had to be replaced (it was just over one year old). Then we simply tried rebalancing the machine and it's still working fine to this day, two years later. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.
