Spoke to a few contractors about remodeling the bathroom of my investment property. Vlad knew my project was time sensitive (as I wanted this done while my tenants were on vacation) so he went out of his way to meet me within the week. His price was reasonable and I liked him as a person so I went with my gut. Lucky I did because his work was great! He put in a very nice tub and fixtures, and installed a cool niche to reduce clutter. Very happy with the work and communication throughout. A few days after it was installed my tenants called saying the temperature wasn`t getting hot, so I called Vlad. Instead of telling me to fix it myself or for me to wait until Sunday when he had to come back to install the niche, he came out to see it the next day and adjusted some internal setting on the faucet so my tenants were happy.
Bonus: While he was doing work he noticed the kitchen sink was loose so he tightened it, and he even fixed the weather stripping on the entry door.
I highly recommend Vlad and will be hiring him when I get my next bathroom done

Vladimir and his team installed a very large customer door and framie in a very difficult location that others had refused to do because of the degree of difficulty, a large glass door also had to be removed. All condo suite door hinges were also upgraded, lighting was corrected and some minor plumbing. Job was perfect and site was left 100% clean after every visit. thanks for the excellence finished product. A customer for life, Mike
