Very accommodating to our schedule. Easy to communicate with via text. One time... very very reasonable price!
Onsite: he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Didn’t rush and double checked that everything was in safe working order. Even showed my husband how to do some routine maintenance in gas fireplace himself.
