We run a B&B so when our High End Hot Water Tank dies after 15 years is was a bit of an emergency. We can't change guests a lot of money for a room nightly and then tell them there is no hot water.
John came the same day we contacted him and although a "same day fix" would have been impossible for anybody, he was not able to fix it the next day, he was able to come up with a solution that was more cost effective than replacing the whole tank (which would have cost us bout $10,000).
John was personable and efficient and we would not hesitate to use him again.
