We posted a project on HomeStars for gas fireplace inspection and maintenance. Sarman Air Inc. were the first to respond. John contacted us and we were scheduled for the next business day. He called to confirm the time and location and the nature of the job. He called also to notify once he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a through job and answered any questions we had in a courteous and professional manner. He responded to questions we had after he left, and called in the next day to check if everything is okay. This is what we call AAA service.
