AC wasn't cooling very well. Called one of the bigger HVAC repair companies that said I needed to replace the AC for $4000. 2nd opinion with Sarman - John came out, looked at it and said there was a leak. Fixed the leak, topped up the R410, cleaned the unit. Works good as new!

Our contract HVAC company pressured us to replace our less than 10 year old boiler, which led us to contact John at Sarman Air for a second opinion. John was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. After doing a diagnosis on our boiler, he determined our boiler could be repaired once he secures the replacement venting motor.
