Found the leak, showed me the issue and then proceeded to fix it, all within the quoted range. Friendly, no muss, no fuss, problem solved. Perfect kind of contractor.

Posted my need to repair my home centralized AC in HomeStars. Sam/Sigma immediately made contact and walked me through the process of trouble-shooting the most probable problem (others would charge as much as $85 just for this process whether they fix your problem or not). Based on our conversation, they provided the most viable solution together with an estimate. The solution to my problem was to replace the furnace.

Sam/Sigma showed up in the next 2 days with the new furnace. During installation, more issues were discovered (my previous furnace & AC were about 15-20 years old). They explained every issue and came up with creative ways to stay close to the quoted estimate.

In the end (after about 6 hours), I have a new furnace, the AC is cooling my home in this pretty warm summer. My expense was very close to what I was quoted and to what I was willing to pay. Me and my family are happy and are completely satisfied by how we were served. We highly recommend Sam/Sigma.
