We had our kitchen renovated and our cabniets and countertops were done by Rohan and his team. They did a great job. They were efficient and professional especially in these tough times with the pandemic. The cabinets/countertops look amazing and they did a fantastic job. We definitely recommend them!

We renovated a 750 sq feet space in part 1 of our project, and were extremely happy with their work quality, technical expertise and professionalism. The renovation included full framing up to the exterior walls, full drywall installation, mudding, taping, two full new washrooms, a new kitchen (including backslash), and painting of all walls. 
It’s a family run business, with Chris and Rohan spearheading conversations on the vision of the project, and costs, while Bruno was our project manager.  All were honest, good, hard working people, with great vision. 
Chris is very creative, and has a knack for finding solutions even when it doesn’t seem possible.  Both Rohan and him have great technical knowledge and passion for their work.  Rohan is the reason we first signed up, as he just seems like the right person with decades of construction background, and a very honest and upfront demeanor.  Both of them and their team has more than lived up to our high standards.  Where we could save money, they let us know.  Where further investment would materially improve/enhance our project, they have been honest in advising us so.  Bruno, our project manager, was hardworking, a strong communicator and very professional.
All three of them truly guided us with our best interest at heart, and were very patient and dynamic in handling our various requests.  They managed the project within budget and have exceeded our expectations.  So much so, that we re-hired them in a part 2 bigger project.  We are optimistic that part 2 will also be a resounding success.

Chris and his team at Profile Cabinetry and Millwork did an incredible job renovating the entire main floor of our home. We're incredibly happy with the final results and have received so many comments from friends, family and even strangers online about how good it looks.

Our house is an old home, built in 1925, and much of the main floor had barely been touched in that time. The kitchen was difficult to use and impractical. There was a mudroom addition to the house sometime in the 1950's or 1960's, but that room was not usable in the winter as it was not properly insulated.

Chris managed the entire renovation from the planning and permit stages all the way to final finishes. We gutted almost the entire main floor of our house down to the studs and floor joists. Chris and his team of employees and subcontractors handled everything and did a great job.

We ran into some delays with this job because it was started just a few days before the pandemic really hit Canada, but Chris did a good job with managing those unforseen circumstances and communicating well with us throughout the project.

Chris did a great job at helping us keep everything within our budget. We knew going into a project this big on a house as old as ours that we would run into some unexpected costs, and he did a good job at communicating those to us and managing the costs of them. One example of that was with our mudroom addition. It was built really poorly when it was first added to the house, so the entire structure was sinking and was actually coming apart from the house, which we couldn't tell until the job started. There were a few different options for recitfying that and Chris took the time to walk us through our options, price out each and update our permits with properly engineered drawings detailing how they fixed the issues.

They also did a good job making the most out of tiny spaces, as our house is really small - under 900 sq feet. Chris was able to add a new 3 piece bathroom to our house while also enabling us to still be able to use the mudroom as the new main entrance to our house. Our kitchen and living room also feels so much more spacious with proper planning and the removal of an unnecessary wall.

One great thing is that Chris has really high standards of his team and subcontractors. If I ever had an issue with something, he would fix it without hesitation. There were also times when he would have something redone to meet his standards without us even asking. My wife and I are honestly very particular and warned Chris about that before going into this project. He handled that well and met our expectations.

Overall, we really love our "new" house, and have been happy to already be able to recommend Chris and the Profile Millwork and Cabinetry team to a number of friends.

We had great experience with PCM inc. Not everything went smoothly but I think it rarely does with renovations. However, Chris and Bruno were there for us every single time to get things right. The whole team was very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Our kitchen turned out great and I won’t hesitate to hire them again for any future projects. Thanks guys!

Profile Cabinetry did a fantastic job with our floors - uninstalled our laminate and replaced it with hardwood. Job was done well and in budget, on time. Would recommend

We live in an old house. Heavy rain combined with snow melt all going through the same drain resulted in a backup of water into our basement. Profile Cabinetry and Millwork Inc came in quickly and were able to diagnose and resolve our issue. They worked with their plumber to clear the drain, remove the existing flooring and set up fans to dry the basement. Their quick response resulted in minimal damage to the basement. The knowledge that our drain is now clear to the city line gives us peace of mind. Thank you PCM Inc!

I had a cabinet taken out so that I could put a dishwasher in. Some electrical was needed and Chris did a great job fixing the holes that were necessary to run the dedicated line. Chris and Rohan are kind and professional. I appreciate their work.

We are very satisfied with their service they are reliable, they do the job in timely manner. Rohan was very nice guy and really helpful.

The team were punctual, polite and very detail oriented. Chris did a wonderful job with design and quality. I appreciate their dedication and sincerity. They completed the job on time despite some setbacks due to change in scope of work. They changed the subflooring in the kitchen as it was soggy. I am very happy with the results.
