Out of all the contractors I got a quote from, Masons was the only one to go in-depth about how much everything would cost (step by step) and why everything would cost that much. He was very clear on everything that needed to be done and would communicate everything promptly. What I appreciated most was Mason treated the house as if it was his own and showed respect to the neighbours and to our property. The York development group did an amazing job and made sure everything was done up to code and was done to the best of their ability. They took in everything we requested to do for our renovations and made great suggestions to make the house even better than we imagined. Some of Masons suggestions actually saved us money while still giving us a new luxurious look to our old house. I strongly suggest using York Development Group to anyone. We plan to use them for a lot more like the exterior of the house. I think finding a trusted company like York Development Group is rare. There prices are fair and give you a variety of materials of all different costs so you can choose where to put your money. You don't feel unsure or ripped off and you get peace of mind knowing the job is done properly. I am very happy with how the renovations turned out and appreciate everything the York Development Group did for us!

We had our kitchen renovated and our cabniets and countertops were done by Rohan and his team. They did a great job. They were efficient and professional especially in these tough times with the pandemic. The cabinets/countertops look amazing and they did a fantastic job. We definitely recommend them!

Dimitri and his team did an excellent job! My wife and I were extremely happy. They pay close attention to detail and go above and beyond with there service. I was suppose to have drywall guys fix and repair the walls in our kitchen before Dimitri was suppose to paint. But they didn’t show up and I did the repairs myself that didn’t turn out so great. So Dimitri was thrown a curve ball when he came to paint the kitchen. He did amazing plaster work and made our ceilings and kitchen look brand new. We absolutely recommend Dimitri and his team. I will definitely be hiring them for future renovations.

Renato and his guys are the best. They are fast and efficient. Renato ran a gas line for our gas stove and replaced our ac/heating units. Both jobs were done professionally and with care. They respected my home and went above and beyond with their services. They did such a great job I don’t think I’ll be needing their services again hahaha but if I do I will absolutely be calling them! I STRONGLY recommend these guys!

I should have wrote this review a while back but forgot to do so. I was helped by a great guy named Anoop. He was very professional and informative. The guys at TFC Disposal did an absolute amazing job. I actually made some last minute changes to the original plan which was to remove some tiles after these guys ripped out my kitchen, floors, and 2 washrooms and they able to get the job done with no extra time needed. They work hard and are very respectful of my neighbours and my house which we really appreciate. I actually was so impressed with their work that a friend of mine needed demo/disposal work done downtown and Anoop was able to help them out. I strongly recommend these guys! Fair price and great work!
