Fence has huge gaps underneath, no good if you have pets
Update: After a number of calls that were not returned, the quality manager showed up for the 2nd time, agreed on a resolution, but changed their mind. Since they took my money without approval from my credit card I have little recourse. Customer Service is appalling Do not give your credit card for staged payments.
Very quick to take money, slow to deliver. Contracted in September but they delayed until April the following year. Fence was installed and it left huge gaps under the fence, requires a filler piece at the end, and garbage needed to be pick up. which their quality service person agreed. A month later nothing was done. I called and calls were not returned. You can only speak to admin staff. The company took the last payment without my approval and the work is still not done!
Full of excuses.
