We worked with Ken from Gateway Outdoor Living on reconstructing our balcony. Ken and his team were the ultimate professionals. They guided us through the process, with clear and transparent communication. They stayed on budget and were extremely prompt, with attention to our schedules as well. The end product is gorgeous and exceeded expectations. We would absolutely hire them again!

We needed to replace the stairs from the backyard door with a patio. We emailed Ken from Gateway Outdoor Living for an estimate and he came within the week to provide one. During the site visit we discussed what we required and what we envisioned. Ken provided his opinion on what would meet the requirement in which it was a better idea that saved costs and we were happy with his suggestion. Ken provided all the necessary documents and answered all questions through emails while finalizing the estimate. Ken was courteous and prompt with his responses and he spoke from experience. Ken contacted us and gave us ample notification as when the work would be completed. He came on time and was understanding when we were late. He completed the work within the day in which he originally stated and stayed within budget. He cleaned up the work site and was very efficient. Ken was great to work with. The patio he constructed was very nice and we are very happy with his work and would hire him for any future work and would recommend him to others.

a difficult project because the original porch in very bad shape, had to be removed and rebuilt/reconfigured. They were open to my ideas and had great suggestions of their own. Went above and beyond with relocation of down spout also.

Ken and his team did a great job in building a new deck for our house, including covering for the deck, as well. Ken was very responsive to our needs, helped us make informed decisions in the designing of the deck by providing various options and sampling for deck material. Ken was also very punctual, built the deck within the committed timeframe and above all else, just really delivered a high quality product. He even offered and helped fix some minor issues with our backyard, for which we are very thankful.
