We hired VMB to do a basement underpin & waterproof in our old Toronto semi. We vetted 5 underpinning companies and were happy we chose Vlad & his team! Renos often go wrong - especially Victorian semis tightly squeezed beside other old houses. But we had a great experience. They turned our 5’10” crawlspace into an 8’3” usable space, passing inspections without issue - on schedule. Their work was often complimented by other trades/ inspector. They were responsive, solution-focused, and acted with integrity. Would definitely recommend.
