Basement Underpin and structural work -Deliver on their promises will absolutely work with VMB again
Vlad, Tony and team underpinned/dug out the basement of my 110 year old brick house. In addition to this they also replaced the structure on the main floor so the dividing walls could be removed.
I initially reached out to a number of companies for help, with a few responding and providing quotes. Vlad took a non-nonsense / common sense approach from the start, advising me on how best to approach the project while minimizing risk and cost. Every time I had a question / concern he was typically available within an hour, even when on holiday with his family. On the few occasions we had issues they were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. He took the project personally and demonstrated this accountability in how responsive he was with me.
The work was completed to specification and I was very happy with the finished product.
