Allen responded to my HomeStars message within a minute!! He was friendly and professional. His technician, Wei, came the next day. He was also friendly and clearly very experienced. The new gasket was ordered, and Allen kept me informed of the process along the way. Wei returned on the next day and fixed the machine! He was efficient and cleaned up carefully after the repair.
