Allen responded to my HomeStars message within a minute!! He was friendly and professional. His technician, Wei, came the next day. He was also friendly and clearly very experienced. The new gasket was ordered, and Allen kept me informed of the process along the way. Wei returned on the next day and fixed the machine! He was efficient and cleaned up carefully after the repair. The whole process was made clear and positive. Thank you Allen and Wei.

My tenant contacted me regarding a water leak from the washing machine in the unit. Allen called me within minutes and a tech scheduled a visit directly with the tenant. A diagnostic test was all that was needed and the issue was resolved quickly. Great service and communication all around 10/10.

Dishwasher had not been in use for at least 5 years. The technician discovered that the hose was cracked. He was careful when taking the dishwasher apart and explained things as he went along. They were able to get the part in fairly quickly. They kept me updated as to when the part arrived. The technician was good about making sure there were no leaks after it was fixed and he was good about making sure that the hose was not positioned in a way that it would crack again. He was also good about keeping the work area clean.

Our fridge died the night before we were hosting a party; in a panic I submitted a service request through HomeStars that morning and was shocked to get a call only a few minutes later. Allen at Toronto Refrigeration and Appliance repair had a technician at my door in under an hour - on a Saturday ! unfortunately they needed to get parts to try and repair the circuit board but were back early Monday to do the work. Allen and his technician, Wei, were amazing and kept me in the loop the whole time. The fridge is kaput but their customer service and communication were incredible.

Received a quick response after submitting my request. After explaining the issue with my refrigerator, I was given honest feedback about potential costs had I continued with service. This is quite rare and it helped keep more money in my pocket. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our refrigerator went out of order. I contacted this company for repairs. To my surprise I received an immediate & prompt response from this company.Their technician Mr. Alan was very pleasant to talk. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.He explained to me all the scenarios before the start of the work. He finished the repairs in a very short period of time with reasonable costs. I am fully satisfied with company. In my opinion this company is second to none for all appliance repairs and refrigeration repair needs.

I called Toronto Refrigeration after my fridge broke down. They asked a series of questions over the phone to help me diagnose the unit a little further.

When they came to physically diagnose the unit, they were polite, extremely pleasant and they detailed out exactly what was wrong with the unit with clear communication. They didn't even collect a service fee! They told me it would get waived if we went ahead with the repair. This is unheard of! Wow.

After the diagnosis, I thought to myself that there's absolutely no way I can contact another company after the interaction I just had with these guys. Professional, kind, approachable and a very unique feeling of trusting them.

DO NOT call any other repair service - you will not regret it with these guys.

Will be calling them back for all of my other major appliance issues!
